She’s always been rude and curt. But I stuck it through and eventually learned how to act so she would not get mad at me for asking questions. Sadly this doctor got sick , a stroke I think and was gone for 3 years , I waited patiently, but ultimately I needed health care here and there within those 3 years . If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Receptionist is inherently rude and cuts people off when they’re talking- and that’s if she ever picks up your call. I’ve been their patient for 6+ years and still they took me off of their patient list without ever informing by email or mail. They said they called me 1 time and I didn’t pick up… so why not leave a voicemail then at least? They’re not willing to help out their patients because they never accept any suggestions or even look for solutions.
Terrible service. Would not recommend
