leonard, our plumber #5548, was truly amazing. His professionalism and empathy really stood out. He even assisted us in searching for our lost cat in Chicago! it's hard to express how much we appreciated him going the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. He was attentive to our needs and even went so far as to check the storm drain.
Theodore was outstanding! He arrived right on schedule in Chicago, conducted an in-depth assessment of the task with a camera, and offered a plethora of useful advice to keep my sink operating smoothly. This plumbing company, now under new management, will be my go-to service if I run into any plumbing issues in the future. The new owners are dedicated to providing exceptional service now. My plumber, Javier, from Howard & Sons Plumbing, demonstrated great knowledge and was quick to identify the problem which two previous technicians had struggled to do. Javier is a true asset to Howard & Sons Plumbing, not just because of his technical skills, but also due to his respectful demeanor. I am truly grateful to him! I'll definitely be recommending Javier's services to others. It's clear that the new ownership at Howard & Sons Plumbing is making a big difference in providing excellent service here in Chicago.
My plumber, Leonard, did an excellent job sorting out the issue, and he was also a very pleasant person. I enjoyed conversing with him about our shared experiences living in Chicago. He was polite, wore a mask for safety, and tidied up after finishing the work. I'll definitely contact Howard & Sons Plumbing again and specifically ask for Leonard, although it looks like the problem has been permanently resolved. : )
i've employed the services of a certain plumbing company twice in different Chicago houses, and each time, their work and methods have left me more than satisfied. While they may not be the most affordable in the city, their expertise and assurance that I'm receiving value for my money is undeniable. This most recent time, the plumbers, leonard and Javier, were absolutely wonderful. It was as if friends were lending a hand with a project. My partner and I were extremely happy!
