she never follow ups and when call in prescriptions she takes forever acts like she is afraid.i have never had a service from a doctor like this place.say same day not true

Like everyone else I felt rushed and never listened. She was afraid to prescribe ANYTHING…referred everything. No she has up and left and have to start the whole process again of finding a PCP. C’mon Hagos. Also the lady at the desk could use some people skills herself. Tries to sound sweet while being rude and condescending.
Suffered massive heart attack at 42. I feel opposite of some of these reviews. She took the time to hear about all that happened and how I felt physically and emotionally. I am a nurse and felt that she was very professional and thorough. First visit to her and left feeling like proper referrals were made and follow ups. Will continue to provide updates as see her longer.
Dr Hagos never made an effort to get to know me or understand the issues I was having. Felt judged and like our visits were surface level.
Dr. Hagos is extremely kind, knowledgeable and proactive. I have been a patient of hers for 10+years. She has always been personable and really strives to put you first. Highly recommend her for a primary care physician.

Disclosed medical information without my permission, incorrectly diagnosed medical issues, had a huge ego, would not accept disagreement, shamed patient when confronted with mistakes. Beware of this provider.
She answers every question I have. Makes sure I understands every answer she gives. Follows up if I am sick or in pain. If I need to see her for urgent matter she will take me that day. Listens and truly has made the best impression on me out of every doctor I have had in the past!
She has been so helpful and knowledgeable about all of my recent health diagnoses. I have been seeing her for more than 8 years. She is a Doctor you stay with for life.
