Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this gastroenterologist's office? They were average Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Kind of, but not very much

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting roo... read more
