I went to this dentist because he had open availability (same week) The dentist office has two floors. Upstairs is newly renovated, so it's clean and new. Downstairs the dental rooms have dirty floors and the reclining chairs are worn. There's a receptionist at this dental office that is truly one of the most down to earth people I have ever met. Horrible! This dental office is out just for money. It’s my own fault for leaving my wonderful dentist in Everett just because I didn’t want to drive over there and park. They will tell you that you have something wrong and that you need to get a filling or some sort of other expensive dental work, just to get you to spend money. I needed a filling supposedly as I will never know if I really did because according to my old dentist in Everett, who I went back to said that my teeth were in great shape. The dental work of replacing a filling was ok, tried to sell me a crown 1st. After the did the work, they told me I had to pay for the filling. I saw them a year ago and they took my insurance, when I went to ck out, they tried charging me for the work. I told them that I had insurance that covers it. They then told me that they don't take that insurance anymore but never informed me of that until after the procedure was done. Great name, great guy, great dentist
I'm a former patient of Dr Bakopolus for about 20 years. Was a little disappointed when he retired - it's extremely hard to find medical professionals you like and trust - but he had other things to do with his life. At first nothing change other than the dentist at the practice - same office, same receptionist and same hygienists.
