Absolutely loved Dr. Richards! He is very thorough and has a great bedside manner. Even though I went into labor while he was not on call, one of his partners delivered by baby girl, and he came by the hospital the next morning to check on us. I was very pleased with my entire experience (office and hospital).
Without a doubt the BEST obgyn doc and office ever. He did amazing with my csection and I've had a prior one down the street but my recovery time was half of the prior one. His demeanor and ways are amazing. Always nice and comical but beyond intelligent. If you need a doctor you def should request or see him.
Dr. Richards is an incredible doctor and I'd recommend him to anyone. I've been a patient of his for about four years now and he's seen me through a traumatic late miscarriage at 14 weeks, my pregnancy, (with my now 2.5 year-old daughter) and now my regular womenly care. He has a quiet, relaxed approach and really listens to any and all questions, concerns, etc. I especially appreciate how much he asks questions about mental health, too, to make sure his patients are truly okay and not taking on too much. Dr. Hampton Richards is by far the absolute best OB that you can have. He delivered all 3 of my pregnancies (one extreme preemie and a set of twins). I had the best experience all 3 times! AND, he visited my baby in the NICU the entire 5 months that she was there. Amazing Doctor!!
