I took my Mother and Dr Hamdi took his time to explain what is going on what are the next steps. They are always busy so be patient.
I hope there should be option to give negative star. I have seen numerous Dr's in last 8 months due to my spouse medical condition. Today we had an appointment and they did not get Insurance verification done which they supposed to and want us to pay copay upfront. That's where the story start. What can I say? If you don't want your loved one to die, don't go here. Even though I'm not a doctor, we all had to take medical ethical classes, but Hamdi and his team, they don't have any ethics, they don't treat us like we are their patients, we are here to ask for help. They are more like "whatever, I still have a lot of patients to see and a busy schedule, I don't care,I just need to get this over with" I know there will always good doctors and not good doctors, but irresponsibility is what Hamdi is.
