Dr. Peterson was my psychiatrist at River Oaks Hospital Trauma program. She is compassionate and supportive towards my concerns. I always felt like she gave me ample time to discuss matters. I’ve never felt rushed during our sessions. She shows genuine care, focusing to understand issues thoroughly without jumping straight to medication or medication change. On top of that, she’s warm, personable, funny, and you can tell she truly wants the best for her patients. I highly recommend, Dr. Peterson.

This doctor doesn’t understand OSDD, autism, or complex trauma. She operated based off of liability rather than actual care. I will be seeking legal action. Be careful.
Dr. Peterson is a fantastic psychiatrist; if you've been through the wringer with other clinicians, I highly recommend switching to Dr. Peterson. During my intake, she listened with intention, treated me with respect (and respected my intelligence), and I never felt rushed. She has done a few things that are above and beyond and I'm grateful to have found her!
