.Im so disappointed in Halima . I had to which to a HMO.now im having problems with my left hand .and all doc wants to do is band aid issue by offering a steroid shot in my left hand.That doses not fix the problem .steroids are a pain killer. I asked her to send me to a orthopedic hand dr. Nope .i refused the steroid shot ,why its just a pain killer. Dr. Ghafoor has been my Primary Doctor for over 12 years ... She is dedicated to all her patients ... available to them after hours (to which I can attest !). Staff work hard to assist patients both in the office and via phone. I am delighted to leave this Five-Star recommendation for an excellent Internist.
Extremely unprofessional. Doctors are meant to advocate for their patients. Not try to dictate what they can and cannot do as far as seeing other physicians for second opinions or health concerns. Her blatant disrespect and tonage has gotten worse with time and we are sick of it. Not only does she disrespect her patients but violates Hippa but screaming in her lobby at her patients about their medical needs.
