I had been looking for a plastic surgeon to remove my implants. I made appointments with three different doctors so I could determine my options. Dr. Carpenter was my first appointment and frankly she immediately became my first choice, to the point I did not even go the other appointments. Dr. Carpenter was thorough, professional, and very compassionate. She was called in when my mother’s wound from a lumbar procedure was not healing properly, and she took the time to carefully assess the situation and explain everything clearly. Her sympathetic bedside manner and attention to detail gave us great comfort during a stressful time. We truly appreciate her care and would highly recommend her.
Dr. Carpenter and her staff (Isabelle and Tiffany), were absolutely amazing. From the first consult, to the final checkup, they were with me, every step of the way. My surgery went perfectly, with no complications, and I thank Dr. Carpenter for making that happen. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a kind, compassionate, and very capable surgeon. I would give them more than 5 stars, if possible.
