I've gone to her since i was a child and she is great. Its her staff that are horrible they break your teeth for porcelain caps she tried fixing mine because her staff screwed up.

I felt that I was treated on a very unprofessional level regarding my children. I've never left an office crying before from being treated so rudely. I have not returned back since this incident and would never use her services again.
Do not take your child here for quality dental care. The teeth cleanings take about 20 seconds????? And that is an honest review of the actual time they take to do it. Ms. Hawk is EXTREMELY impatient , I can't believe she works with children. A very good example of the low quality care Altoona has been known for.
