Took a little bit longer than expected to get my daughter‘s glasses still waiting on them but other than that, Ally is pretty cool and Very nice. It’s a very clean office. They take debit, credit or cash. if you call and they don’t answer it’s because you’re busy just keep calling.l Just wanted to let people know that I’m still waiting for my daughter’s glasses! This place sucks!!!! I needed to scheduled an appt for my daughter and myself for Saturday. Every time they schedule me for a Saturday, they are always closed!!!!! Mind you they open at 8:30 my appt was at 9:40am!!!!!! This is the 3rd time they have done this!!! Will start looking elsewhere!! 🤬🤬🤦♀️🤦♀️
They’re ok, I’ve been to better clinics. Slow paced service, no help from the front office when you give them calls. Seem unorganized. However, the doctor is nice. That is why I am giving this place just two stars.
