We have visited Dr Richardson at our local urgent care multiple times and he’s always so kind and has always diagnosed us correctly. Despite this being a busy Urgent care, Dr Richardson never seems rushed or brusque when answering our questions or addressing our concerns. Sad to hear he’s left Haven Elite Urgent care. I’m sure he’ll be amazing where ever he goes.
