She started mentioning abortion at 5th week of my pregnancy. Her logic was simple. My hCG level is 10,000 and baby’s heart beat is not detected by ultrasoud, which should be with the hCG level of 5000 or higher. (my memory about all the numbers might be 10 times smaller or larger.) At 6th week when my hCG level became twice up and heart beat was not detected again, she affirmed that it’s not a healthy baby and I have to choose whether to get abortion surgery or let the stuff excreted naturally. This is by far the absolute worst doctor I have ever been to. She spent no time with me during my appointments while pregnant, forgot to give breast exam, never discussed results of lab tests and was very rushed and often rude. She never reviewed my medical history and I had a difficult pregnancy with complications. It was so horrible I refused to let her handle the delivery of my daughter. Save yourself a lot of trouble and heartache do NOT go to Dr. Gitiforooz!!
