My elderly mother waited months for an appt and drove over an hour to see Dr Mullen. Despite leaving early, traffic got really bad so my mom arrived not even 10 minutes late but they refused to see her. Now she has to wait months again. Talk about zero compassion.

I had Photo Dynamic Therapy, 3 visits with general anesthesia. My last two tissue samples revealed SCC still. Last session was May 5th, 2025 It is now August 26,2025 and I've heard nothing from him. So I still have cancer and after 19 weeks he still hasn't contacted me. He apparently relegates his non-surgical patients to a lesser standard of care. Simply unacceptable.

Dr. Chin refused to treat what looks like an obvious hernia because I have had some surgeries in the past. When I asked him what my chest bulge was, he said he didn't know. So, what am I supposed to do? He was totally uninterested in helping me.

I was referred to Dr Tsai due to an incredibly complex hiatal hernia and GERD. My situation had been overlooked for too long and was extremely serious. Dr Tsai first carefully explained what was going on, how he would fix it, and emergency symptoms I needed to know. He also thoroughly explained the recovery process. In June, he was able to successfully handle everything needed to fix me through robotic, laparoscopic surgery at John Muir Concord. His care was exceptional as was that of his staff at BASS and at the hospital. H... read more

Dr. D truly cares about his patience. He is innovative and up to date on the latest treatments. He does not push medication to mask pain, but seeks a way to correct and prevent it.

Let me start off by sharing that I had been in discomfort, pain and sometimes scared to have a bowel movement for the past 10 years due to internal hemorrhoids. I was introduced to Dr Kim by one of my coworkers who praised Dr Kim and assured me that I would be in good hands. I decided to see Dr Kim and I could not tell you how lucky I was to be in his care. From his beside manner to his demeanor, he made me feel at ease since I was very scared of having surgery. He recommended the Stapled hemorrhoidopexy for me. I just had m... read more

Amazing Doctor. Taught and assisted my decision making process to what we should do for my Colorectal Surgery. I never felt he was guessing at my prognosis or the way he would preform my surgery! He also had to deal with my wife who was worried to all ends.....which was a HUGE plus as he was dealing with 2 patients at that point for one! Great bedside manner and extremely communicative. You will be in good hands with Dr. McGuinness!
