Dr. R and his team are very professional and personable. You feel welcome the second you walk in the door. They always remind me that I haven't been flossing LOL. Very genuine group of people and I would recommend them to anyone!
Hands down, the best Dentist. I personally used them to fix my two front teeth and they look amazing! Yesterday, during a baseball game, my cousin got his teeth chipped fairly bad and we rushed over to see him. The way they took care of us was beyond incredible. He was x-rayed and looked at by John Richmond himself within 15-30 minutes and THEN the nurse gave up her daughters 8AM appt the next day so that they could get him in and he wouldn't have any issues with his baseball schedule. He is the best dentist! I have gone to him for about 15 years, extremely gentle and his concern to do the right thing for my teeth and he always communicates the price. Dr Richmond's staff has been with him for as long as I can remember. Diane at the front desk is efficient and very accommodating, Missy his dental Hygienist knows her stuff and is always prepared and runs on time!
