I had a wonderful experience at this dental clinic! The dentist was very professional, friendly, and caring. The entire staff was amazing, welcoming, and always ready to help. They made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The clinic is very clean, well-organized, and provides excellent customer service. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received. Best dentist I ever had hands down
After 25 years as a patient, I’m very disappointed with how things ended. I also referred many friends and family over the years. I was recently told I could no longer be seen due to billing issues with my Manulife insurance and was expected to handle everything myself. This was never an issue before, and my new dentist has no problem managing the same insurance. After decades of loyalty, the lack of communication and effort to keep a long-term patient was frustrating.
