He had seen My mother, and was instructed to contact her son, power of attorney! He gave my mother false information and did not contact me. Don’t waste your time with this Doctor.
Super Super Good Doctor Dr Hooper is awesome Doctor
I saw Dr. Hooper this morning. He was very personable and made sure I was comfortable while he removed my stent and staples. I highly recommend Dr. Hooper. He has a lot of experience with kidney transplant patients. On a side note the computers in the front office kept freezing.......may be time for an upgrade.
Dr Hooper is amazing. His attention to me has tbeen a real gift to me during my cancer. He makes you feel like you are his only patient. I consider myself lucky to have him as my Uroligist. He saved my life.
Just left this office. My husband had an appointment but couldn’t get checked in. A long line of people waiting to check in and not a single person at the front desk to check us in. One girl came up and told one of the people waiting to check in that he was just going to have to be patient. This is the most unorganized, unprofessional, rude staff I have ever encountered. My dr is great but the customer service is awful. It took my husband months to just get a follow up appointment scheduled. Having to look for another doctor... read more
