Very thorough and knowledgeable doctor. Takes time during examinations and in office going over results and care plan. Honest and extremely helpful! I’ve heard things I didn’t like but am so glad I did, to get me on the right path for a healthier lifestyle. She truly cares about her patients! Wish I would have found her years ago! Office staff is also amazing! Clean and comfortable office.
Dr Patterson is a very kind, thorough and caring physician. She never fails to give me a complete explanation of my concerns and is always on top of the latest in her field. I highly recommend Dr. Patterson!

Horrible. Physician failed to identify a common problem that would easily been identified with routine tests. The problem was identified by another physician and corrected. The office was filthy. She did not refill my medication, and when I reminded her regarding the refill, I was scolded. There is a common theme regarding her practice in town, and it ain’t good.

Dr. Patterson made a very big deal regarding a minor procedure that other doctors perform during the annual exam. She insisted it was urgent, she scared me.

Procedures are not done during preventive exams. That being said, I try to be thorough and be sure my patients understand their treatment, it was not my intention to cause you any unnecessary anxiety concerning a procedure that you might have needed.
I have had two kids and three OBGYN's. Not once did I have a doctor that was so ready to find answers for me. Dr.Patterson was very straight to the point, she gave me a clear path to getting better and I truly felt like she cared about me. Never unprofessional, her experience shows and she is very willing to put the time into every visit, never double booking and rushing. I would highly recommend her to anyone I care about.

I thoroughly enjoyed Dr. Patterson. She was very kind, patient, and understanding. She actually listened to my questions and concerned and worked with me to find the best solution for me. She was very respectful and didn't rush the appointment. I didn't feel like a number to her or her staff.

I am really disappointed with this doctor. I've been going for over a year now and I only stick with her since she's in town. The staff is kind, however the doctor is very rude, demeaning. Any questions I asked, her answers were very rude and half the time she never actually answered my question. I am very confused on this whole process and she has not been helpful with my concerns and she makes it to where I feel uncomfortable to ask any questions.

Dr. Gwynn Patterson was rude with zero bedside manners. Every single time she would ask me a question she would interrupt me in the middle of answering. She also corrected me in my answers a few times like I should know all of the medical jargon. If I knew what I was talking about then I wouldn't need to see a doctor. I am sorry that you perceived our encounter in such a way. As a doctor, I try very hard to give my patients my very best in a comfortable and respectful environment. You told me that you "hated" doctors, and I was not able to overcome this palpable animosity. There are some blood tests that require fasting, it is not a long-term fast but one that is necessary. It saddens me I was not able to further help you, I sincerely hope that you find the help you are looking for.
I highly recommend her. After going to my primary and 2 other local OB's who couldn't tell me what was going on with my body, she was the first one to order the correct tests. She wrote down everything and truly studied right across the table from me my symptoms. I just had to be quiet and let her think ;) She is compassionate and I believe the first to actually care enough to help. She doesn't rush you. I quite possibly owe my life to her. She's been doing it a long time and is knowledgeable.
