Since they took over from Dr McDougal it is horrible, both customer service and technicians, scheduling....everything!!! They can't even tell you when they are open. After 27 years finding a new eye doctor.
Horrible customer service! I tried to book a visit and of course I was put on hold for 18 minutes and then they hung up on me! Very rude multiple offices it’s but not organized at all.
My first visit I Saw the Opthamologist. He was very Thorough. I highly recommend him if you have small or Large problem with your eyes! I went back the following week to see the optometrist. He was very Thorough, and thoughtful of your Physical limitations as well. It took me a long time to Get my nerve up after one of those places that advertise "2 for 1". This office is COMPLETELY incompetent! I had an sppointment with a specific doctor that I’ve been seeing for a few years. When I got here (drove 3 1/2 hrs one way) they tried to put me with someone else!!! They never bothered to let me know BEFORE I HAD TO DRIVE 7 hrs that he was no longer there! I now have to wait another 2 months to get in with the specialist doctor I need to see!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! NO CONCERN FOR THE PATIENT THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT COLLECTING MONEY!
