Dr. Bernstein let me suffer. He and staff don't seem to care. Seems like they resent patients. My condition is much worse even though I've tried to get help there. I'm very disappointed and in pain.
I was referred to Dr. Bernstein after a ER visit. I had calcifications in my kidney. I waited almost 2 hours to see him and he pretty much just blew me off didn't want to waste time. Told me to see a kidney specialist.
Dr. Bernstein performed my vasectomy, and was pleasant and professional throughout the consultation and procedure experience. He answered my questions expertly and in a casual, disarming manner. His office staff and nurse were very friendly, too.
