I took one of my children to see Dr. Slann, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient with my very anxious child. At no point did I feel rushed or sense any frustration with my child's anxiety during the procedure. It's so sad that I have to say thank goodness my dad passed out, cut his head, and had to go to the ER to actually save his toe. Dr. Slann did an on office procedure on an ingrown toenail 3 weeks ago. When my dad went to his check up 1 week after the procedure and the Dr told him it will hurt and take a long time to heal. The toe should not have been black!!! Thank goodness the doctor and the nurse practitioner at CHI decided to do a scan. He was so close to having the infection in his bone.
