Hi all, just wanted to share my story my son Richard was born in Fairfield hospital in 2017 in a few hours we found out that our newborn son has Hirschsprung’s disease, he was transferred into Randwick children’s hospital stayed there for 3 weeks and then Dr Guy Henry performed surgery on his bowel which was really successful and now we have our 8 year old healthy boy, I would like to say thank you to Dr Guy Henry for saving our son 👦 🙏
Dr Henry is an amazing paediatric surgeon. He is very knowledgeable, experienced and have exceptional bedside manners. Highly recommend him.
Dr Henry is an amazing surgeon who clearly cares about his patients. I have not only seen this when he has operated on my own son numerous times over an 18 year time span but I have also witnessed this with his other patients in the hospital. Dr Henry goes above and beyond and is one of the few doctors I truly trust. Dr Henry makes the welfare of his patients his first priority, he is an extremely skilled and dedicated surgeon and in my opinion, a good man.
Dr Henry operated on my son's neck. When the wound showed signs of infection a few weeks later, Dr Henry drained the wound and gave us a round of antibiotics. The infection flared again, we got second round of antibiotics, this was followed by a third flare up of infection. This time Dr Henry operated to clear the infection and more antibiotics. Three weeks later, my son was admitted via emergency for another flare up of infection, he was on IV antibiotics for 7 days and then 8 weeks of antibiotics. During this 6-month long ... read more
