I had a 12 noon appointment Tuesday which I made- by phone-a week ago (with the same receptionist) who was there. I came in and wasn’t even greeted by her at the window. I wrote my name, she looked up my appointment, and she asked for my referral. She then told me I couldn’t be seen. I reminded her that she-herself had given me the appointment!
