After being a patient for well over ten years, (my husband and sister went there too, due to MY recommendation). When I called today, January 24th for an appointment, I was told I had an appointment in August and I was a "no show" I DID NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IN AUGUST. I was not even home for most of August. I told them I did NOT have an appointment in August, but they insisted I DID and never came. A new policy due to a rash of "no shows" means now they charge 25.00 if you miss an appointment. probably the best optometrist I've ever been to. dr. pfeil and his staff are always polite, pleasant, professional, etc. it's always a pleasure to see them.

I think it is extremely important to find eye doctor who provide the following: empathy, clarity (no pun intended), consultation. I am a new client here, but every person who works here has these qualities. If you value those qualities as well as a family atmosphere, this is the Optometry center you should visit.
