Not exactly sure how to rate this one. The reception staff were ultra kind and friendly. They made me comfortable researched and corrected a copay issue which I greatly appreciated. However, the doctor kept me waiting for 55 minutes. This is not necessarily a bad thing if he is taking his time with his patients. BUT when he came in with me, I did not receive that level of care.
