Absolutely fabulous. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. They spent the necessary time ensuring my questions were answered and that I understood the plan of care. I left with my eyes feeling so much better in addition to learning more about my eye health. Dr Singh truly cares about each of his patients and it reflects both in the outcome of his work and how he treats others. I cannot recommend this office enough.

Esot is a very poorly managed practice. Waited three months for a surgery. Show up on time for my appointment just to wait over an hour. Fully packed waiting room. Over scheduling and under delivering all to pad their pockets.

If not for his deplorable lack of effective patient scheduling I would give Dr. Singh a 5 star rating. He is knowledgeable, personable and has excellent interpersonal skills. However routine assessment appointments consistently exceed 3 hours of which at least 2+ hours are dead-times sitting in waiting rooms due to his over scheduling of patient visits..
