Absolutely fabulous. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. They spent the necessary time ensuring my questions were answered and that I understood the plan of care. I left with my eyes feeling so much better in addition to learning more about my eye health. Dr Singh truly cares about each of his patients and it reflects both in the outcome of his work and how he treats others. I cannot recommend this office enough.

Esot is a very poorly managed practice. Waited three months for a surgery. Show up on time for my appointment just to wait over an hour. Fully packed waiting room. Over scheduling and under delivering all to pad their pockets.

If not for his deplorable lack of effective patient scheduling I would give Dr. Singh a 5 star rating. He is knowledgeable, personable and has excellent interpersonal skills. However routine assessment appointments consistently exceed 3 hours of which at least 2+ hours are dead-times sitting in waiting rooms due to his over scheduling of patient visits.. I recently suffered from an allergic reaction and bacterial infection in both eyes. I tried going to my PCP first and then my eye doctor but did not get any results. After day four I was going crazy because nothing was working. My wife drove me to this place right when they opened and I was ready to sit there all day until I was seen. I was called back within 30 minutes of my arrival and the doctor was very diligent in her review of my situation. I was prescribed medicine that can only be found at a compound pharmacy.
