If I could give zero stars I would! I am absolutely appalled at the treatment my 83 yr old mother received at this practice today. She waited over 3 hours to be seen by the doctor! Three hours!!! And after reading other reviews this is more the norm than the exception. My diabetic 83 yr old father had to leave because his sugar was dropping. When I arrived to demand an explanation all the lights were off and the only staff member still there would not even acknowledge my presence! What a disgrace of a medical practice! was scheduled for a 30min lasik procedure.at 3:45 went ahead and arrived 30mins early and still spent 3+hours waiting to be taken to get procedure done places closes at 5pm was not out of their office until after 630pm. I was the second to last person to leave even after other people had appointments after me they were seen before. I Did not leave until after 630 pm way over an hour and half after they were closed. the staff is so uncoordinated that they are constantly over scheduling at this location.
