Waited a month for an appointment for my 2 year old, they couldn't get a hold of me by phone, so they canceled my appointment. They didn't bother to notify me by email or send a letter saying that they had canceled, so not only did my daughter not get her check up because of this, but it was also a wasted trip!
Ya know I used to like Dr Randhawa.. he seemed like a great doctor.. but within the last year he started (his office) started taking my copay in the office.. perfectly fine! Then pretty soon I'd receive a bill in the mail for the copay that I had already paid for. Every time I'd call to fix this their financial department was conveniently out of the office. When it came time for our two year olds appointment they moved offices, I called to check when my appointment was, and they had no record of my two year old on file there... read more
