Very bad and dismissive receptionist! My husband has been in agonising pain for 5 months, he has been waiting for his appointment and the receptionist had forgotten to book him in. We had similar issues with her before. Even though it is her error, it's all our problem she says and wants us to wait another 3 months. The doctor is great, but it is too difficult to see him as his receptionist is incompetent and rude !! You are better off seen another specialist ,the time delay had affected my husband recovering.
I was referred by my GP, the reception was dismissive, apparently they are “selective” on seeing patients.
