THE WAIT TIME IS RIDICULOUS I HAVE TO WAIT MORE THEN HOUR!!!!!!
I had an appointment scheduled on a Monday and drove all the way from Mission/Peñitas to McAllen. Upon arrival, I checked in, paid my co-pay, and waited. After some time, the receptionist called me up only to inform me that my MRI results weren’t ready, and questioned why I had shown up—claiming they had called me in advance to cancel. If I could give a negative score, I would. The wait is ridiculously long. After my first visit, I decided to get my MRI in house because it’s convenient. I regret that choice as it took a month to get the results. When I finally had an appointment for my results I had to reschedule because the doctor was going to be at their Rio office. If they know they’re going to be in Rio, why schedule patients?
