I had an appointment scheduled on a Monday and drove all the way from Mission/Peñitas to McAllen. Upon arrival, I checked in, paid my co-pay, and waited. After some time, the receptionist called me up only to inform me that my MRI results weren’t ready, and questioned why I had shown up—claiming they had called me in advance to cancel. If I could give a negative score, I would. The wait is ridiculously long. After my first visit, I decided to get my MRI in house because it’s convenient. I regret that choice as it took a month to get the results. When I finally had an appointment for my results I had to reschedule because the doctor was going to be at their Rio office. If they know they’re going to be in Rio, why schedule patients? Take for ever never send prescriptions till days later and have to be reminding them and always put u on hold 40mnts to an hour lack of professionalism on part of the front desk
