I have the worst experience with Dr. Patino. For my kidney stone remover, he make me suffered too long. The first surgery he put e tuve in my kidney to take the pressure off for a week. And then he have another surgery to remove the stone, which he didn't remove all of them. And then I suffered again to get the stone out of is on He could have done it on the first time. He's not very nice person. Not friendly at all i hope nobody go to the same experience. I did.
Excellent Doctor it appears he was more knowledgeable then some of the doctors at Urologist specialist of Nevada that I had appointments with . Dr Patillo found the reason I had pain for almost a year I was seeing another doctor that said my pain was normal. My X-rays never showed the problem but through a thorough exam he was able to resolve the pain issue for me.
Este doctor la verdad nose preocupa por sus pacientes yo tenia una piedra atorada en el uretral y llamo ami aseguranza qué me tenía que operarán de emergencia para que la aseguranza aprobara la cirujia llamo recuerdo como 20 de junio y me bino a operar asta un 25 de julio me tenia con uretral puesto y yo sangraba de masiado ni aun así me quiso operar más pronto tengan cuidado con este doctor
Dr. Patino & his partner are the only two urologists in Vegas that will perform gender care orchiectomies for transgender people (so I concluded after a year of looking for such care). He is a compassionate doctor which is a rare find in my experience as a transgender patient. This practice is crazy busy, yet the few times I've seen him, he always takes time to answer questions and is not dismissive of my concerns. If you need a urologist, this your guy, even if you're not blessed with being trans ;-)
