They have a voice system they will not answer! And it’s so full of messages it won’t take any!

I wasted more than 1.5 hours today trying to get my lab results. I had to walk out because after all that time I needed to go home. I had to reschedule, but I'm not sure I'll come back.
Dr Parra , I had a appointment today your receptionist are very rude and lazy the nurse practitioner was Very good but I called Walgreens to check on my prescription but at Walgreens they said they were having problems with there system to the doctors office and ask if it could be resent or send somewhere else I call your office at 4:20 pm no one answered I call like 10 times and no answer , the doctor order me some new medication But Your Receptionist Don’t Take There Jobs Very Professional That is Sad .
First visit went fine. However, after that non existent customer service from staff with medication, referrals, and follow up. Moved on to better situation after months of frustration.
I had Covid-19 and was told to follow up with my PCP. When I called I was told I would not be able to see the doctor and would have to find another PCP since I had not been there in over 3mo. It was 5mo since my last visit. Very disheartening how he treats his long term healthy patients.
I like Dr. Parra, but I must say his staff and their customer service is horrible. They are unfriendly and cold which is terrible to encounter in the medical field. It makes you want to go elsewhere for your medical needs.
Dr. Parra and Monica are great at what they do. They're helpful and kind they always tend to patients needs as best as they can. Been reading a lot of reviews and a lot of them complain about wait times or stuff not being done in a timely manner and having been to other clinics I can say that for the most part the office takes care of stuff pretty quick when compared to other places. ** LOOK ELSEWHERE!! Not worth it!** The worst service and customer service EVER! We were new to this town and we were looking for a family Dr. we though this clinic was accessible and Oh boy! We were WRONG, extremely poor customer service, they talk to you like they are making you a favor!
