Very disappointing experience. This is not a place I would recommend. The doctor was very unprofessional and only appeared for about one minute during the entire visit. Most of the appointment was handled by the nurse, and I left feeling rushed and unheard. The whole experience felt very impersonal and not worth the money. Unfortunately, I would not come back or recommend this clinic to anyone.
I was really nervous after seeing some of the reviews but when I got there everyone was super sweet. The front desk girls are super kind and patient even when they are super busy. Dr. Fuentes was super kind and professional and actually listened to my concerns and what I wanted and was engaged the whole time we spoke. Also the smoothest and easiest I’ve ever had blood work done, my arm isn’t even bruised. Absolutely loved them!
I had took my daughter to get a check on a rash. They did blood work. I told the lady doctor that I didn’t want to do it if I was going to get charge an extra fee. She said don’t worry it will be covered. Monday they call me my results are ready but they are charging another doctor visit just to read me results. That I have already paid doctor visit the first time I took my daughter. By far the worst first visit I ever had. I should have read the reviews, the people that work at this are rude and did not inform me of anything. Wasted my time in my first visit, and charged me $30 for nothing to be done. Came there for help, instead got told I would have to waste my time with two more doctors appointments that would go over the results of my physical. Worst staff I have ever dealt with. Steer clear of this place.
Pésimo servicio he ido dos veces y las dos veces te dejan esperando más de una hora son médicos primarios no especialista para que se demoren tanto y no entiendo el porque porque la,vez q me vieron no demoraron más de 5 minitos, de una cambie de proveedor no los recomiendo
