The people you talk to on the phone to schedule appointments are total morons that don't care about providing good service at all. They don't even care if they delay or prevent access to essential medications for serious health conditions of the patients.
Tenía tiempo en no ir, si la atención antes era mala, ahora es peor, han contratado personal desde doctores (que no lo creo, que sean) a enfermeras que no saben nada de inglés, (que van llegando a este país). La persona de los laboratorios nos atendió mal, y solo pico a mi hija muchas veces.
