I visited three other plastic surgeons before seeing Dr Gutter. From the moment he walked in the room I felt totally comfortable with him. He doesn't make you feel as though your questions are stupid. I had a long list of questions and he told me to ask him everyone. He is such a warm, gentle person, I wouldn't trust anyone else to give me the results I'm looking for.

I couldn't believe how natural my results looked. I looked just like my old self, only much better. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were extremely forthcoming with information and were able to answer all of my questions. They reassured me that if I had more questions I was welcome to call.

Something nice about this office is the great chairs they have in their waiting room. I appreciate the fact that this doctor cares about patient comfort. I was glad that they gave me a cost estimate before my actual procedure. I was able to budget and plan for my procedure, and didn't get any unexpected bills afterward.
