Doctor navarra repeatedly fails to refill my medication on time, after several requests and calls from my pharmacy and myself to his office, i am still without my medication after two days
Dr Navarra is an exceptional primary care physician who consistently provides thorough, compassionate care. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns, explain diagnoses clearly, and work collaboratively with me to develop the best treatment plan. I feel genuinely heard and valued as a patient, and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring PCP.
I suffer from depression. Most of my primary care doctors even the best ones have just referred me to mental health. Yes he did that too but he saw me in the worst mental state I had been in in a long time he gave me medicine and talked to me for a long time. He is caring compassionate and will call your family if he feel he needs to. Best I have ever had and depressed people usually cannot say that about their primary care. Many don’t like us and assume every ailment is in our minds. Not Dr Navarra
