Dr. Chen and his team were absolutely wonderful, very accommodating, friendly, and professional. Dr. Chen offered excellent advice and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. I only wish I had found him sooner, as it is rare to come across such genuinely caring and knowledgeable professionals.

I was mostly in contact with Christine, who was incredibly kind and helpful — she even called my insurance company on my behalf to find out the cost of my procedure.
