They do not have enough staff; they are rude and do not care one bit about you pain. Front desk people are the most unpleasant people that I have come across in my entire life. Be careful .

From the moment that I walked into the office and was greeted by Vanessa to check in and was examined by Dr. Grietje Van Dyk, MD, I was totally impressed and relaxed. Dr. Van Dyk was especially good interacting with me while examining my very painful shoulder bone on bone condition. She was very candid with me about my condition, professional, but very nice and encouraging about the expected result from a shoulder replacement. I felt that I was in good hands at this Ortho clinic.

I was apprehensive going to a new doctor, however, my experience with Dr. Van Dyk has been very positive. She is not only professional, but her techniques are amazing. I had a similar treatment from my go-to orthopedic doctor, so I have a comparison. I am glad my other doctor was not available, because I was impressed not only with Dr. Van Dyk’s knowledge, but her remedy to solve my problem. I would recommend Dr. Van Dyk in a heartbeat!
