I attempted to schedule an appointment with this provider and the individual who answered stated that a referral would be required. I was attempting to explain that my insurance does not require a referral and provide some additional information (medical dx) as to why I am requesting an appointment, the individual rudely cut me off with "We do!" Very poor first contact customer experience, I will seek care elsewhere.
She's a wonderful physician
Very good experience on first visit. Very thoroughly, kind, and friendly. Explained issues and care needed. Highly recommend.
