Dr. Mitchell is a great addition to NPOBGYN. She is relatable, understanding, honest, knowledgeable and thorough. Great first impression.
This is seemingly a good practice HOWEVER #1 there phone system to actually get through to a doctor or leave a message is jacked up! Myself and my daughter are patients..my daughter has had an ongoing situation that needed monitoring and feedback..we could not get any response after leaving messages and days went by...her situation was uncomfortable to say the least..#2.no response a week later equals poor customer service not to mention phone voicemail that didn't work...so disappointed in this practice...we will not return... read more
