I rarely write reviews, but I could not recommend this office highly enough. A recent transplant to the Syracuse area I called this office with a severe tooth infection ... the front desk was exceptionally kind and helpful, they were able to see me the same day and Dr. DeBottis sent me home pain-free. Top-notch patient interaction and quality care make all of the difference.

I was accommodated and seen quickly the morning after breaking a tooth, and received first class care. Treatment was painless, efficient, and high quality. One of my key criteria for dental care is how painlessly Novocain is administered. Dr. Henderson is unequaled in this regard, and I give him five stars only because six isn't an option. I called to get an appointment for a broken tooth (1st time to visit this practice) and was given an appointment the same day. Facilities are state of the art, support staff very kind and helpful, dentist was superb. Will come back
