Dr Berdayes is fantastic! She spends her time w/ you & answers your questions. She is caring, honest & understanding. I have a rare pain disease & most Dr.’s judge me & label me as a drug seeker. It has become so bad that I won’t go to doctors anymore! I have had to learn how to treat my own pain because Dr.’s have been targeted by the DEA over a fake “prescription opioid epidemic”. Most will not prescribe them. The true epidemic is with illicit street drugs. Not prescriptions! Now people who truly need them, can’t get them.... read more

The Radiation therapist Lorna and Melanie and Nurse Karen was so helpful and made feel comfortable at every radiation.

I’ve been a patient for over 10 years and love her personality however she is almost impossible to see less than 6 months out so you get pushed off to a pa or np. If you do have an apt with Dr B, she is 30 min late and apt is rushed. The staff changes constantly which is not a good sign. I think the practice has grown too much to properly care for their patients.

It took multiple phone calls to the new patient coordinator to attempt to schedule a new patient visit. While on the phone with the new patient coordinator I requested an email confirmation be sent to me to verify which office my appointment had been scheduled and time. That email was never received. Frustrated with the process, I called to cancel my appointment and was given the impression that there are known issues. Please remember that staff is every bit as important as bedside manner.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Dasgupta and the staff. I have never had cancer before and they were so calm walked me through everything they were doing not once did they lose their patience with me or make me feel like I was a burden or another patient I was always greeted by name

I love Dr. Berdayes. She is the only PCP I've had who TRULY listens to my issues with complete empathy and without judgment. She takes a long time to get an initial appointment with, but it's worth the wait. She's hard to get into because her patients adore her.
