Dr Spears would be a good doctor if you only needed a yearly check up but this guy isn't what you would want in a primary care physician. He wouldn't even refill my active prescriptions without seeing my labs. I do not believe he cares about his patients, only a paycheck. Pompous and unsympathetic. The 5 star ratings are only because the clinic has a big sign encouraging you to give them 5 stars. Go here if you want but I believe I wasted my time and insurance's money.
