I am super disappointed. My daughter has seen Dr Hortman since she was born in 2002, she is now 18. Yesterday we went to the ER and they found a mass in her breast. They recommended she she her primary Dr. and also get a monogram. I called Dr Hartmans office today and gave them her info told them what was happening. She said she’s 18 we won’t see her and would not give me a referral .. this makes me so sick. I can’t believe Dr Hartman would allow this. The hospital won’t allow me to schedule a mammogram with Dr referral. 😞
Dr. Hortman is great. He has treated my son since he was a baby - and now we have one last shot for him to go off to college.

I love Dr Hortman he has taken great care of my baby girl since she was born. She was in the Hospital for 3 1/2 weeks when she was born and the staff and Dr Hortman took such great care of us.
Loves that he gives scriptures to his patients each visit.
