3-28-2025 I really like Dr Lomas and have been with Him for almost 7 years. But His staff needs to improve. If you have a problem like a kidney stone you can not reach anyone. If you call you are put on hold. Then after a long period a voice comes on and states if you do not want to wait we will call you back. They call back let your phone ring two times then hang up.Then you start the process all over again. I have found them to be impatient with the clients.. 5 stars for the Doctor 2 stars for the staff. Seen promptly and issues addressed . Pleasant experience and not every day you can say that about a Urology appt.
I like Dr. Lomas very much. He is professional, thorough and very patient oriented. I also trust him.
