The receptionist was extremely rude and kept interrupting me mid-sentence. I asked how long it typically takes to schedule a procedure, but was told I’d need to see the doctor and pay for the information. If they were more helpful, they would have taken the time to understand why I was asking and possible found a solution instead.
the staff is great and Dr Kwok is awesome! the facility is extremely clean too. I had a colonoscopy last week there.
I would like to give thanks to Dr. Gregory Kwok and his assistant Michelle. They worked with me on my health issue. Dr. Know and Michelle was very understanding and patiance with me and my health. They took the time to take care of my needs. I am very grateful for all of their hard work.
