I HAD Hepatitis C, and Dr. Gregory Kwok and his wonderful staff were more the miracle workers. I am the type that worries about every little thing, and the whole staff quickly answered my questions, and "I am cured and alive" due to this Dr. and staff. I had a terrible experience. Honestly worst doctor experience to date and I've had some bad experiences. Like some others have said I had the experience where he seemed greatly uninterested. I've seen fast food workers with more enthusiasm. I'm having intense pain in my stomach. He barely spoke to me before he started going over his FODMAP diet. This doctor is a total a-hole. He doesn't listen to anything you have to say. Its his way or the high way.
Dr. Gregory Kwok is very knowledgeable, kind, patient. I never felt rushed, confused or uncomfortable. I would recommend and have recommended him to my closest friends.
Spouse and I have been seeing him since 1998. Yes he is busy but that is because he is good at what he does. On site surgical center for colonoscopies and other interventions makes it easier to get things done. He does care about his patients and he does listen and explain, you just have to ask. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Greg to anyone. If you want the best GI care in Vegas, he and his colleagues are the ones to see.
Like somebody else mention, "useless!" First time I went to see him I had a lot going on with my digestive system.He did a colonoscopy to determine what was wrong with me. The results were good but still no answers just prescriptions that made matters worst. After 4 years of still looking for answers I went back to him and same thing. I felt jipped again. Great Doctor. Him and his assitant are always caring and willing to help. Hard getting in to see him becuase he is so busy. But highly recommended
