He was covering for another Beaver Physician. He was rude and certainly did care about my level of pain, in fact he never saw me. I had a kidney infection, very painful, and he refused to prescribe an antibiotic for it, without my taking an allergy test for the medication, which would take another 3 days! His kind nurse did all the vitals, took the urine sample, confirmed I was not allergic to Ciprofloxacin and said the medication would be called. He never authorized the medication!!
