I had previous surgeries with UOC and Dr Bailey. My recent experience was so awful. I was to have surgery on my back. The day before, the team called me and told me my surgery was cancelled because insurance denied. I called and filed an appeal and the day I should have had surgery I got an approval from the insurance claim that was denied. I called the UOC team again and Now they say my primary insurance isn't in network for them or hospital. Operated on my husband. Great surgeon with a great team. His PAs and staff are all very helpful. My husband recovered quickly from his neck surgery with no complications. Dr. Bailey greatly improved my husband's quality of life. Highly recommend him.
I recently tried to schedule a consult with Dr Bailey as he did back surgery on my nephew a few years ago when he was just 20 years old. I called the office and told the lady I was looking for a 2nd opinion as one surgeon recommended a fusion and one recommended a laminectomy so I wanted to get Dr. Bailey's opinion on what he would do. Everyone at UOC is superb, from surgery to nursing to testing to checking in and out (hope I didn't miss anyone). I've been with them since 1998 and always leave feeling very well cared for.
Staff, PAs and Physician are top notch. I wouldn’t trust my back issues with anyone else.
