Whoever answered the phone need to be taught how to be professional and polite. She made sarcastic comments when I asked questions like how long the Doctor been a Podiatrist etc. I was ready to booked until I spoke to her.

1 visit and did not return. I came to Dr. Laakman a while back, and the recommendations were a little basic for my condition (plantar fasciitis) - he suggested orthotics and platformed shoes but it wasn't sufficient. What was worse, is that I was the first appointment of the day and there were scuff marks on the wooden office floors, likely from the wheeled stool chair in the office. I had a complicated, persistent toe cuticle infection that lasted over six months but escalated over the last 2 months. During that time, I saw multiple doctors and was prescribed three different antibiotics over the course of a month, but nothing resolved the issue. I also saw another podiatrist who didn’t really listen to my concerns and recommended removing my toenail. Finally, I was able to see Dr. Laakmann.
