Okay service overall. Everything went okay.
Dr. Simpson is absolutely fantastic. He’s straight to the point and has helped me with acne, eczema, and anything else I have ever needed during office visits. However, I have had far less luck trying to get prescriptions refilled. I have called about 6 times over the span of a few weeks. I’ve left messages, talked to someone who seemed helpful but never returned my call, and talked to someone who was rude and not helpful at all. Dr. Simpson is an amazing doctor. He caught my skin cancer when my primary doctor didn’t. He’s very thorough and he always makes me feel at ease. We need more doctors like him.
He’s great. I had significant hair loss and we discussed pathology and different treatment options. I highly recommend him to my friends and family.
